¶1The petitioners claim to be in possession of the disputed property and alleges that the respondent nos. 4 to 7 are illegally interfering in the possession of the petitioners over their bhumidhari plot.

¶2The issue in the present writ petition involves disputed questions of fact and relates to private rights of the parties which can be decided only on evidence and therefore it is not a fit case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

¶3The petitioners have the remedy to file a civil suit before the appropriate court.
