Judgment

Court No. - 46 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 39504 of 2023 Petitioner :- M/S Imran Traders Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Subhash Chandra Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Brijesh Kumar Pandey Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Syed Aftab Husain Rizvi,J. Petitioner claims to have been awarded a contract for construction of footpath and other public utility works. It is alleged that such work has been satisfactorily completed by the petitioner but the admitted dues are not being released to the petitioner despite expiry of sufficient time. Learned counsel for the Nagar Palika Parishad states that the dues are not admitted. It is, however, not disputed that no order rejecting the claim of petitioner has yet been passed. In that view of the matter, we permit the petitioner to represent his grievance before respondent no.3, who shall accord consideration to petitioner's claim and would pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of two months. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 17.11.2023 SP/- High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
