¶1Heard Sri Anand Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for petitioners and Ms. Tanu Rupanwal, learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioner to decide Case No. 12/2015 under Section 9(A) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act which is pending after remand since 2023 before respondent no.3 (Consolidation Officer, Mirzapur) is considered and allowed.

¶3Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
