¶1Heard Shri Shikher Trivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Neeraj Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2This transfer application has been filed by the applicant on the ground that case is pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Pilibhit, but the Court is vacant, therefore, the case may be transferred to some other court in the same District.

¶3Shri Neeraj Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the case is transferred to some other court in the same District.

¶4In such view of the fact, the transfer application is allowed and the Matrimonial Case No.543 of 2022 (Smt. Manisha Sharma v. Gaurav Kumar Sharma) filed under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Piliphit is transferred to the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Pilibhit.

¶5The Principal Judge, Family Court, Pilibhit is directed to remit the record of Matrimonial Case No.543 of 2022 (Smt. Manisha Sharma v. Gaurav Kumar Sharma) filed under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 to the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Pilibhit for disposal of the same.
