By means of this petition, an order dated 8.1.2020 passed by the Additional District Judge, court No.3, Bareilly has been challenged whereby the revision filed by the defendants against the order dated 12.11.2018 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), court No.2, Bareilly in Original Suit No.288 of 2009 (Shakeel Ahmad Siddiqui vs. Adeel Ahmad Siddiqui and others), deciding issue No.3 against the plaintiff, was dismissed. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not wish to press this petition. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
