¶1The instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to allot five percent developed residential plot to the petitioner in lieu of acquisition of his land.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner states that although compensation amount has been paid to the petitioner but five percent developed land as per Full Bench judgment of Gajraj, has not been allotted to him so far.

¶3Learned counsel for respondent no.2 states that the claim of the petitioner will be examined by the said respondent.

¶4Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation before the Chief Executive Officer, Noida within two weeks from today along with true attested copy of the instant order and in which event, it shall be decided by the said respondent within next eight weeks.
