Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2, District Level Caste Scrutining Committee, Distt. Mau through its Chairman/District Magistrate, Mau to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 06.05.2023 pending before him expeditiously within stipulated period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 06.05.2023 strictly in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after according an opportunity to all the stakeholders especially Respondent No.3.
