Upon pointing out to the petitioners that he had earlier filed Writ-C No.12853 of 2022, Writ-C No.30864 of 2022 and Writ-C No. 31640 of 2022 by which virtually the same grievances were ventilated, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed that the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the writ petition. Sri Krishna Mohan Asthana, learned counsel for the Bank opposed the request to withdraw the writ petition and stated that the petitioner be saddled with heavy cost. However, considering the facts that the petitioner's counsel has prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition, we are not imposing any cost.
