¶1Heard Shri Ravindra Prakash Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Vibhav Ojha, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned first information report dated 08.10.2023, registered as case crime no.0319 of 2023, under Section 363, 366, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Parasrampur, District Basti. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioners in accordance with law.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
