¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

¶2After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer only to the extent that his representation dated 05.04.2023 pending consideration before the respondent-authorities may be decided within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

¶3Be that as it may, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. Without adverting on the merits of the case, the writ petition, on consent, is disposed of with a direction to respondent/competent authority to consider the representation of petitioner within a period of six weeks, strictly in accordance with law, but certainly after giving audience to all the stake holders in the matter.
