¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to lower Court for early decision of Complaint Case No. 1024 of 2018 (Shivam Agrawal Vs. Sri Pallav Bharadwaj), under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station-Civil Lines, District Aligrah, within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Additional Court, Aligarh to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
