¶1Heard Sri Himanshu Pandey, learned counsel for petitioners and Ms. Tanu Rupanwal, learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2At the outset, learned counsel for petitioners has limited his argument only in regard to prayer no.2.

¶3Prayer of petitioners to decide Appeal No. 98 of 2003 which is pending before respondent no.2 is considered and allowed.

¶4Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
