¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Hans Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party .

¶2The present application has been filed by the applicant-wife seeking transfer of Case No.1256 of 2022 (Ravindra Dixit Vs. Smt. Pratiksha Pandit), under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Jhansi to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalaun at Orai.

¶3Learned counsel for the opposite party states that he has no objection if the Case No.1256 of 2022 (Ravindra Dixit Vs. Smt. Pratiksha Pandit), under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act is transferred from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Jhansi to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalaun at Orai.

¶4In view of the consent given by the learned counsel for the opposite party, Case No.1256 of 2022 (Ravindra Dixit Vs. Smt. Pratiksha Pandit), under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Jhansi is transferred to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalaun at Orai.

¶5The Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi is directed to remit the record of Case No.1256 of 2022 (Ravindra Dixit Vs. Smt. Pratiksha Pandit), under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalaun at Orai for its disposal.
