¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for State and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents no. 3 and 4 to mutate the name of the petitioners in revenue record in place of their father.

¶3The preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that the grievance of the petitioners has adequate remedy under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶5In case, the petitioners approach the authorities concerned under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, their application shall be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
