¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that certain relevant documents are required to be annexed alongwith the affidavit, but the same could not be filed as they are not available with him. Therefore, present application may be dismissed with liberty to file fresh application.

¶3Learned A.G.A. is having no objection to the submission of learned counsel for the applicant.

¶4Accordingly, application is dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
