The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that he is not being given the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, even though the name of the petitioner is at serial no. 1126 the list of the beneficiaries notified by the concerned authorities. The grievance of the petitioner can be considered by the District Magistrate, Prayagraj. It would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending and the petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Prayagraj, the District Magistrate, Prayagraj shall decide the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation alongwith the copy of this order.
