Petitioner's right over the property are regulated by the orders passed by this Court in the pending second appeal. A writ petition cannot be entertained in respect of such property during pendency of the second appeal. Faced with the above observations, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy in the pending second appeal.
