The grievance raised in this writ petition with regard to non-release of admitted dues, arising out of contract performed by the petitioner, can more appropriately be examined by the authorities of Nagar Nigam, at the first instance. Ms. Tanisha Jahangir Monir appearing for respondent nos.2 to 4 otherwise states that part of the admitted dues have already been released. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this petition with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim for release of admitted dues of petitioner, in accordance with law, in the event there is no legal hindrance otherwise.
