The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the Block Development OfÏcer, Block-Kada, District-Kaushambi is arbitrarily withholding the boring certificate from the petitioner because of which the petitioner is not able to get the electricity connection for the same. The grievance of the petitioner can be considered by the District Magistrate, District-Kaushambi. It would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending and the petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files fresh representation before the District Magistrate, District-Kaushambi, the District Magistrate shall decide the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of filing the representation alongwith the copy of this order.
