¶1A copy of charge sheet dated 07.05.2023 filed today is taken on record.

¶2This writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 24.01.2023 registered as Case Crime No.45 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 342, 377, 504 I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Sahjanwa, District Gorakhpur and for a direction to the police not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3Learned counsel for the informant has produced before this Court a copy of the charge sheet dated 07.05.2023, as such the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.

¶4In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
