¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGA for the State.

¶2The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 23.8.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0291 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC, Police Station-Bindki, District-Fatehpur.

¶3At the very outset, learned AGA states that the police after investigation has filed a report exonerating the petitioners.
