Petitioner claims to have been allotted 2000 Sq.Metre plot by the respondent authority in Sector-20, Yamuna Expressway Authority in the year 2011. The plot number allotted to the petitioner was B-197 in Sector-20. According to the petitioner when she approached the authority for execution of sale deed, the location of plot fixed earlier has been altered and a much inferior location is now being offered to the petitioner without any consent having been obtained from the petitioner or any procedure followed for such change of location. Certain maps have been relied upon for such purposes. According to petitioner, grievance in that regard has been raised but no consideration has been bestowed upon it by the concerned officer, in that regard. Sri A.B. Singhal, who has appeared for the respondent authority, states that grievance of the petitioner would be got examined by the competent authority, in accordance with law. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction upon the Chief Executive Officer of the second respondent authority to get the facts appropriately enquired into and to take appropriate decision, as may be warranted in law, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
