On query being asked, she stated that marriage as claimed by the petitioner no. 2, Shobhit Jaiswal has never been solemnized. She further states that she does not want to go with petitioner no. 2 and she wants to go to her parental home. In view of the statement of the petitioner no. 1-Smt. Priyanka Rajak (corpus), there is no merit in the instant petition and the same is dismissed accordingly. Personal appearance of petitioner no. 1-Smt. Priyanka Rajak (corpus) is dispensed with.
