¶1For last two weeks notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 26.06.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 0444 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, and Section 12 Passport Act, 1967, Police Station Badhalganj, District Gorakhpur.Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to said FIR.

¶3No one is present to press this petition.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
