¶3The applicant was directed to be enlarged on interim bail by the order dated 23.03.2023 on the assurance of the counsel for the applicant that the applicant will settle his dispute with the prosecutrix.

¶4Counsel for the informant, Sri Siddharth Singh, has informed that the aforesaid statement has not been honoured on behalf of the applicant. Counsel for the applicant is also not present even in the revised list.

¶5The interim bail granted to the applicant by the order dated

23.03.2023 is cancelled.

¶6The bail application is dismissed.
