¶1Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Sharma, holding brief of Sri Satendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 16.10.2023 in Case Crime No. 0279 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 504, 376, 313, 328 IPC, Police Station Rajabpur, District Amroha.
¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
