In the present petition, the petitioners pray for a mandamus commanding the Northern Eastern Railway and its Officers to transfer the license of Stall No.59 in the name of the petitioners. The license was previously issued to the father of the petitioners who died on 24.10.2017. It has been stated in the petition that from the aforesaid date, the petitioners have been operating the Stall and have been paying the fees of the Stall which is deposited till 2020, but due to certain reasons, fees could not be deposited during the Covid Pandemic. In this regard, the petitioners have submitted several representations to the Railway Authorities. The claim of the petitioners can be considered by the Divisional Railway Manager, Northern Eastern Railway, Varanasi U.P. The petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioners make a fresh representation before the Divisional Railway Manager, Northern Eastern Railway, Varanasi U.P bringing all the necessary facts to his notice, the Divisional Railway Manager Northern Eastern Railway, Varanasi U.P shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation and also take appropriate action in accordance with law depending on the decision taken by the Divisional Railway Manager, Northern Eastern Railway, Varanasi U.P.
