1.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

2.The instant petition seeks quashing of the impugned F.I.R. dated 12.09.2023, registered as Case Crime No.0743 of 2023, under Sections 304B, 498A, I.P.C., & Section 3/4 of the DP Act, Police Station Shikohabad, District Firozabad.

¶3the first information report sought to be quashed is under Section 302 I.P.C., which is a heinous offence, We, therefore, do not find it a fit case for interference.
