¶2The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated

26.5.2022 registered as Case Crime No.0262 of 2022, u/s 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station - Phase - III, District – Gautam Budh Nagar.

¶3Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
