Vs. Perma Nand Sharma and others, under Sections 379, 323, 427, 506 & 120-B I.P.C., P.S. Badalpur, District Gautam Budh Nagar in stipulated period. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
