¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2Challenge in the writ petition is to a notice dated 14.08.2023, under Section 111 Cr.P.C. issued by respondent no.2.

¶3In our considered opinion, such a challenge is not tenable because the petitioners still have every opportunity of replying to the notice and contesting the proceedings, if any, that may be drawn on its basis.

¶4Under the circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed with the observation that the petitioners may reply to the notice issued to them, raising all such pleas that may be available to them both on facts and on law. Order Date :- 17.11.2023 Mayank High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
