¶1Heard Shri Ashish Mohan Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant-State and Shri Aditya Vikram Visen, holding brief of Shri Hritudhwaj Pratap Sahi, learned counsel for the non-applicant/petitioner.

¶2Present review application is directed against the order dated

30.09.2022. Undisputedly, that order became subject matter of challenge in intra-court appeal being Special Appeal Defective No. 172 of 2023. That intra-court appeal is stated to have been dismissed by a detailed order dated 20.04.2023.

¶3In any case, no good ground of review is made out.
