Heard Sri Komal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the applicant-appellants. Learned counsel submits that in view of the subsequent developments, the plaintiff-appellants do not wish to pursue the appeal any further and accordingly a prayer is made for withdrawal of the appeal. An application seeking withdrawal of the appeal supported by an affidavit of the plaintiff-appellant No. 2, who is stated to be the father of the plaintiff-appellant No. 1 and also his pairokar, is on record.
