10.11.2023, calling upon the petitioner to contact the concerned authority for execution of transfer deed. It is, therefore, urged that in view of the subsequent developments, this petition has lost its efficacy. Sri Vivek Saran, appearing for the respondents states that the communication dated 10.11.2023 calls upon the petitioner to deposit the balance amount and get the sale deed executed. In view of the stand taken by the petitioner, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn, at this stage, with the liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach the authority in terms of communication dated 10.11.2023.
