¶1This first appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts' Act has been filed against the order passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharanpur dated 7th February, 2017 in Original Suit No. 21 of 2013 (Dr. Kunwar Singh Vs. Smt. Sunita) under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, whereby the divorce petition filed by the appellant has been rejected.

¶2Today, nobody is present on behalf of the appellant to press the present appeal even in the revised reading of the list. Mr. C.B. Gupta is present on behalf of the respondent.
