Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 4th, Allahabad to expedite the Criminal Case No.2582 of 2016, State of U.P. Vs. Ram Sagar Mishra and others, initiated after cognizance taken in the charge sheet no.137 of 2016 in connection with the Case Crime No. 370 of 2016 under Sections 323, 504 and 308 I.P.C. Police Station Karchana, District Allahabad which is pending since year 2016. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter is pending since the year 2016. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to conclude the aforesaid Criminal Case No.2582 of 2016 within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned Criminal Case No.2582 of 2016 in expedition in accordance with law and in the light of the instructions and guidelines issued by the Apex Court as well as this Court time to time.
