¶1Heard Sri Amrit Shanker Dubey, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Rajesh Khare, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2This writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 26.06.2023 registered as Case Crime No.46 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323, 307 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Firozabad and for a direction to the police not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no.70 of 2023 dated 10.10.2023 has already been forwarded wherein Section 307 I.P.C. has been deleted and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
