¶2The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 3.4.2023 registered as Case Crime No.0130 of 2023, u/s 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station - Kotwali Mahoba, District - Mahoba.

¶3Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
