¶1List has been revised. No one is present on behalf of the petitioners to press this petition, however, learned A.G.A. is present.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 7.1.2023 registered as Case Crime No.0008 of 2023, u/s 420, 447, 384 IPC, Police Station - Naubasta, District - Kanpur Nagar.

¶3Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
