¶2The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated

12.1.2023 registered as Case Crime No.0027 of 2023, u/s 147, 354, 386, and 504 IPC, Police Station - Izzatnagar, District - Bareilly.

¶3Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
