¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 28.06.2023 passed by respondent no. 2 in Case No. 2768/ 2021 (Computerized Case No. D202114700002768 (Satish Chandra Singh Vs. Shyam Narain Singh and others) U/s 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 190."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioners have an alternative remedy of filing revision.

¶4In view of the availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
