¶1Heard Ms. Sonam Nishad, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2The instant criminal revision has been filed against the impugned judgment and order dated 25.08.2023 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chandauli in Case No.426 of 2017 (Reena Devi Vs. Arvind Kumar), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Mugalsarai, District Chandauli.

¶3Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the family Court vide impugned judgement and order dated 25.08.2023 has granted maintenance of Rs.8,000/- to the opposite party no.2, which is highly excessive and the revisionist does not have the capacity to pay the same.

¶4Learned A.G.A. submits that there is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned judgement and order passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chandauli.

¶5After considering the rival submissions and perusing the material on record, I find no illegality or infirmity in the impugned judgement and order dated 25.08.2023 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chandauli in Case No.426 of 2017 (Reena Devi Vs. Arvind Kumar), under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station Mugalsarai, District Chandauli.
