¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the proceeding of Complaint Case No. 1085 of 2017 (Udit Narayan vs. Raj Nath Saroj and others), under Section 420 IPC, Police Station Lalapur, District Allahabad, pending in the Court of 3rd Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad, expeditiously within a stipulated time.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
