The only prayer made by the petitioner is that a direction be issued to the A.C.J.M.-I, Gorakhpur to decide the Case/S.T. No. 1806 of 2021 (State of U.P. vs. Ramu Gautam and others) arising out of case crime no. 235 of 2020, under sections 307, 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Nawabganj, District Prayagraj, within the stipulated period. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is finally disposed off with a direction to the Additional District and Session Judge, R.No. 15, Prayagraj to decide the Case/S.T. No. 1806 of 2021 ( State of U.P. Vs. Ramu Gautam and others), arising out of case crime no. 235 of 2020,under sections 307, 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Nawabganj, District Prayagraj, in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
