By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants re-checking of the answer book of the petitioner relating to Review Officer/ Assistant Review Officer selection examination held by the U.P. Public Service Commission. Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel for the Public Service Commission submits that there is no rule for revaluation of answer books. He however, submits that petitioner has scored the marks equivalent to last cut off marks in her category in the examination in question, however, she being younger in age, as per the Tie Breaking Rule, candidate senior in age has been selected for the post in question. Be that as it may, since the application has been made by the petitioner on 01.04.2022 before the Public Service Commission, the Public Service Commission is directed to dispose of the said application of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
