This is the defendant's petition seeking a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.6, Allahabad to decide the Civil Suit No.301 of 2008 (Pramod Kumar and another vs. Mohd. Shariff) expeditiously and within a stipulated period. It is the own case of the petitioner that he had filed a written statement on 28.09.2018, but till date issues have not been framed. Under the facts and circumstances, no specific direction as sought for in this petition can be granted. However, it is expected that the trial court would proceed to frame the issues without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
