¶1Heard Sri Kamelesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed for fair investigation in Case Crime No. 510 of 2023 under Sections 363, 366 IPC, Police Station Bisrakh, District Gautam Budh Nagar.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed as the girl has been recovered and the charge-sheet has been submitted.

¶4Sri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. has also given a statement to this effect that after recovery of the girl vide C.D. No. 20 charge-sheet has been submitted on 17.9.2023.
