¶1Heard Sri Aqeel Ahmad, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing counsel for State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 and 3 to decide representation dated 10.06.2023 moved by petitioner which is pending before them within time stipulated fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3Cause of action for filing the instant writ petition is no more existing and the same has been referred in the instructions called on the earlier occasion.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the averments made in the instructions and as such there is hardly any occasion arises in favour of the petitioner to pursue the instant writ petition.
