¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner who has been regularly working as Class-IV employee with the Public Works Departmental and has attained age of superannuation on 31.10.2023, is aggrieved for non payment of his post retirement dues.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has already retired he is now not claiming any correction in the date of birth as his writ petition in that regard already stood dismissed by this Court on 21.09.2023 in Writ-A No.15857 of 2023. He submits that petitioner may be directed to approach in this regard for limited claim of pension and other post retirement dues and as per the date of birth recorded in the service record.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above request.

¶5In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to move appropriate application within a period of two weeks from today and in the event petitioner makes any such application claiming pension and other post retirement dues, the same shall be considered and disposed of, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
