¶1After some arguments counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the effect to direct the revisional court to decide SCC Revision No.4 of 2023 filed by the opposite party expeditiously.

¶2It reveals from perusal of the record that the aforesaid revision was filed by the opposite parties in the month of January, 2023 against the judgement and decree passed by the Judge, Small Cause dated 05.12.2022 in SCC Suit No.80 of 2012.

¶3In the facts and circumstances of the case and without interfering into merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the concerned court below to decide the aforesaid revision strictly in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
